WEEKLY
- We Remove debris around TPR vehicle restraint and in roller track.
- We Verify that restraint operates smoothly, engage and disengage, inside/outside lights and horn (if equipped) are working.
- We Inspect motor cover and spring covers are in good condition
- We Inspect carriage assembly is able to move up and down freely with no binding or obstruction.
- We Replace damaged or missing light bulbs and lenses.
- We Repair, remount, or replace outside/inside signs, labels and placard as required.
- We Inspect dock bumpers, and check for proper distance of protection.
- We inform of Worn, torn, loose or missing bumpers that must be replaced.

QUARTERLY
- We Perform all WEEKLY maintenance
- We Grease rollers at fittings located on the top and bottom axle with a synthetic oil-base moly grease with a proper temperature range.
- We Inspect chain tension for correct play, lube chain.
- We Verify correct brake torque at the hook shaft, while rotating the hook from ENGAGED (45 deg) to STORED.
- We Inspect the outside electrical connections (junction box, conduit, power harness) and outside communication light. Loose or damaged components must be repaired or replaced as needed
- We Check that all concrete anchor bolts are torqued correctly.
- We Inspect all welds for cracks.
- We Perform operational test after all maintenance repairs and adjustments are complete.
