Before ERTO employees starts work in any hazardous areas we adhere to ALL strict safety and process polices. All ERTO Techs are properly trained when hired. Our employees go through a NEO (New Employee Orientation) prior to starting. This NEO is over forty pages and touches base on all safety hazards contributed with their job. ERTO sticks to our strict safety policies and procedures and we have weekly safety training that all meet OSHA regulations.  We make sure our crew are equipped and trained for situations that either require the knowledge or any PPE. We thrive to get every job done safety and take the safety of our customer and employees serious.
